Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced warehouse worker to operate order picker equipment on a fast-paced floor in Edmonton. You will retrieve products from high-bay racking, ensure precise inventory via RF scanners, and team up with packaging and dispatch to keep shipments flowing.

The role requires a valid order picker forklift license, Fall arrest certification, and reliability with record checks and drug screening. Mon-Fri, 7AM-3:30PM, with health and dental benefits through Securian.

Qualifications

• Valid external order picker forklift license.

• Proficient with RF barcode scanners and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker machinery with precision and care.
• Scan, verify, and track inventory using RF scanners to achieve high accuracy.
• Select and stage merchandise quickly to support packing and dispatch.
• Maintain clean aisles and follow equipment protocols for safety.
• Collaborate with fulfillment team to clear backlogs and keep shipments on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker machinery with precision and care, retrieving products safely from high-bay racking.
• Scan, verify, and track inventory using RF barcode scanners to hit 100% precision on every pick.
• Select and stage merchandise rapidly to keep downstream packing and dispatch teams flowing seamlessly.
• Maintain clean aisles, uphold strict equipment protocols, and protect the well-being of everyone on shift.
• Collaborate closely with the broader fulfillment team to clear daily backlogs and keep shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

• You hold a valid external order picker forklift license and have proven hours behind the controls.
• Hold Fall arrest certification
• You handle RF scanners with speed and take pride in zero-error inventory tracking.
• You are willing and able to successfully pass a criminal record check and a drug test
