Job summary

Integrated Staffing Limited is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join a busy cold-storage facility in Halifax. You will pick and prepare dairy orders using an electronic pallet jack, assist with warehouse organization, and support general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include unloading and organizing pallets, shrinking orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient cold-storage environment. Evening shift, weekly pay, and direct deposit are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift 30-35 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment.
• Reliable transportation for evening shift.
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots, reflective safety vest, and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders of milk and dairy products using an electronic pallet jack, shrink-wrap completed orders, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming pallets, cleaning up damaged or spilled products, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, use proper lifting techniques, and work efficiently in a cold-storage environment.
• General duties may include sweeping, mopping, disposing of plastic wrapping, baling cardboard, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as required.

Reliable transportation is required due to the evening shift times. Candidates must also have CSA-approved steel-toed boots, a reflective safety vest, and safety gloves. Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is considered an asset, but is not required. A strong commitment to workplace safety, following instructions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential.
