Evertz Microsystems in Burlington, Ontario is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator to enter and manage orders from customer POs and internal requests for Production and R&D. The role requires close collaboration with the Production team to monitor ship dates and address delays.

You will clearly communicate order status to internal departments, sales representatives, project managers and customers, ensuring transparency and efficient coordination throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• College education in business/administration or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create internal sales orders in the billing system.
• Organize delivery details: ship date, transport mode, payment terms.
• Provide customers and sales with timely delivery updates.
