Job description

At UE Systems we believe that every person regardless of their industry, company size, experience and budget should have the tools and support to help their facilities operate more efficiently, reliably, and safer. We do this by providing a portfolio of ultrasound solutions designed to be versatile and simple to use.

Since 1973 we've helped thousands of customers across the world prevent equipment failures, identify energy losses and return home safe to their families and we are just getting started. Join us as we continue to grow to support our mission in the relentless pursuit of customer excellence.

The Role

Join our Engineered Solutions (ES) team as an Order Management Associate and become the front line of customer support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. You'll handle day-to-day transactional tasks and customer interactions while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver on our promise of customer excellence. Working hours will align with the Eastern Time Zone. The ideal candidate is a graduate or diploma holder from an administrative, business, or commerce program such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or other closely related field and brings 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Applicants must be eligible for international travel without requiring employer-sponsored visa support.

How We Operate

As an integral member of our Engineered Solutions team, you'll capitalize on remote work, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and manage your responsibilities independently. We value team synergy, a shared commitment to our goals, and the unique blend of skills each member brings. At UE Systems, we prioritize a culture fit over technical background, recognizing that a diverse and unified team is the cornerstone of our sustained success.

Our People

They Own Their Day: We do not micro‑manage. In a Customer Service role, you will be responsible for working with customers from various regions. Our team understands that some days may be longer while others may be shorter, and we recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work‑life balance in a non‑traditional workday.

They Believe in a Team Approach: They can't be a master of everything. We have built a team based on culture fit which provided us with a diverse team of varying skillsets and experience. They rely on their team to support them and grow as an individual and as a team.

They Always Look Through a Customer Lens: Every decision we make is through the lens of our customers. We ask "what is the best decision for our customer" before any decision is made.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalation to Operations Manager as needed

  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), and other relevant tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns with tact and efficiency.
Why This Role?

We have the typical benefits you would expect like dental, vision, and health insurance, paid time off and retirement contributions but your main interest should be to join a family as we are in the process of radically transforming our business in a way that will redefine our company and our place in the market, making this one of the most exciting times in UE Systems history. There is more opportunity than ever before for our people as we expand our business to become a world‑class purpose‑driven, digitally‑led ultrasound solution provider and we need your help to achieve this.
