Job summary

Olymel in Canada is seeking an Order Desk Representative to join a dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Order Management and Customer Service, you will accurately enter and monitor customer orders, communicate with clients, and ensure timely execution.

You will analyze data to resolve issues, advise customers on inventory and conflicts, maintain up-to-date customer records, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver a superior service experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, AS/400, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering and monitoring customer orders, managing order-related communications, and ensuring timely execution.
• Using data to analyze and resolve issues, assess inventory levels, proactively advise customers of potential order conflicts, and recommend solutions.
• Managing customer relationships by maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring records are kept up to date.
• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience by collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth account management and operations.
