Job summary

Olymel in Canada is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-performing team across on‑premise and cloud environments, driving automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery while delivering hands‑on technical leadership.

You will oversee a hybrid, data‑center and cloud‑based infrastructure, roll out a unified management platform, and guide ongoing modernization. This permanent full‑time role offers hybrid work and on‑call support.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager who combines advanced technical expertise with hands‑on leadership to develop a team of specialists and drive the evolution of critical IT environments.

The role, your impact

Approximately 850 virtual servers across some 40 sites. Hybrid environments spanning data centres and the cloud. An infrastructure where performance, resilience, and disaster recovery are daily priorities. And concrete initiatives to take our infrastructure to the next level, including centralized monitoring, automation, standardization, and platform modernization.

• You are the team’s technical authority, the person others turn to for complex incidents and root cause analysis.
