Job summary

TEEMA in Toronto is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Architect to lead the design, strategy, and governance of HR and Finance application landscape, driving Oracle Fusion cloud transformation and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS, strong architectural leadership, and ability to partner with HR, Finance, and IT leadership. Hybrid work model in downtown Toronto with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion, HCM/ERP/EPM architecture knowledge required.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS integration.
• Experience with RBAC, data security, GDPR/SOX considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Oracle Application architecture for HR and Finance domains.
• Lead end-to-end architectural design for Oracle Fusion components across SaaS and PaaS.
• Develop architecture blueprints, standards, and governance artifacts.
• Oversee cloud integration patterns and data exchange across systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture reviews across teams.
