Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Solution and Development Skills

• Extensive experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
• Experience with Adobe AEM technologies
• Proficiency in developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements
• Ability to develop high-level application flows supporting business needs
• Experience creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs that map processes to software views
• Knowledge of user experience and accessibility standards (WCAG / AODA)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Skills in developing user personas and journey maps
• Ability to analyze user feedback and design solutions to improve user experience
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Research skills and application of industry best practices
• Experience in developing use cases, business rules, and documenting business requirements
• Ability to identify risks and propose solutions
• Experience creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases
• Strong experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation
• Knowledge of change management methodologies
• Experience documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for UAT
• Experience updating business architecture artifacts
• Familiarity with Rational Unified Process (RUP)
• Competence in developing application view visibility and CRUD matrices
• Experience translating screen designs into wireframes and prototypes
