ERP Risk and Automation Senior Associate- Oracle

Overview: RSM’s ERP Risk and Automation practice seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Oracle ERP Cloud security & controls specialist with a strong background in functional security. The role involves scoping and executing ERP security assessments, security role designs, Oracle ERP-focused GRC implementations, and operationalizing Oracle user access management.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow our Toronto market, providing services such as security and controls design/assessment, data analytics, GRC automation, security role design, and ERP implementation risk reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years' experience in Oracle security risk & controls, including designing Oracle security or serving as an Oracle security analyst
• Exposure to Oracle functional automated controls
• Technical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, and Oracle EBS
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Functional Modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain)
• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud GRC (modules like Financial Reporting Compliance, Access Certification)
• Experience with Fastpath and Oracle Identity Management (OIM)
• IT audit experience or related compliance experience (SOX, COBIT, NIST, ISO)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle GRC tools and data analytics tools like ACL or MS Access
• Participation in Oracle implementations
• Knowledge of auditing Oracle automated controls
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified)
