Job summary

LGS seeks an Oracle SCM Functional Analyst to join our AMS team in Montreal, driving ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain applications. You will interact with business leaders to modernize processes and improve end-to-end performance in both public and private sectors.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, design and testing, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable SCM solutions and successful project implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle SCM functional experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Broad exposure to multiple SCM modules and cross-functional processes.
• Strong procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory management knowledge.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• French and English bilingualism to collaborate across regions.

• Gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into specs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SCM Functional Analyst with broad, hands‑on experience across key SCM modules. This role is part of an Application Management Support (AMS) team, where you will play a central role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our Oracle Supply Chain applications. While the primary focus is ongoing support and continuous improvement, there will also be opportunities to participate in and potentially lead project‑based initiatives as they arise. This position offers the chance to shape and elevate critical Supply Chain operations by driving meaningful enhancements, partnering closely with business leaders, and leveraging Oracle technologies to strengthen end‑to‑end performance. You will play a key role in modernizing processes, solving complex challenges, and guiding the organization toward smarter, more efficient supply chain solutions.

Here is how you will be involved

• Lead functional support and configuration across core Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, BOM, and WIP.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide end‑user guidance.
• Design, test, and implement enhancements, customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Manage full project lifecycle activities for SCM initiatives, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate data mappings, integrations, extensions, and custom solutions.
  Your experience
  • 8 or more years of hands‑on Oracle SCM functional experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Broad exposure to multiple SCM modules and cross‑functional process flows.
  • Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and inventory management processes.
  • Experience gathering requirements, creating functional designs, and working with technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Your French and English bilingualism will allow you to collaborate with resources outside the province of Quebec
