Job summary

LGS, a Quebec-based company backed by IBM, seeks a seasoned consultant to lead and implement Oracle Financial solutions. You will collaborate with clients in Quebec and beyond, analyze business processes, configure applications, and support testing and post-implementation phases.

The role requires a university degree and 5–7 years of Oracle Financial experience, plus fluency in French and English. A hybrid work arrangement in Montreal/Quebec City is available, with strong learning and growth

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in an appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in Oracle Financial.
• Experience with implementing business software packages or Oracle management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in workshops to determine and analyze client requirements.
• Advise clients, applying best practices for the chosen solution.
• Establish parameterization requirements and configure the application.
• Provide support during testing and post-implementation.
• Supervise junior team members.

Here is how you will be involved

• Leading and participating in workshops to determine and analyze your clients' functional requirements
• Advise your clients, taking into account best practices for the chosen solution
• Establish parameterization requirements and configure the application
• Provide support during the various phases of testing and post-implementation of the solution
• Supervise more junior members of your team

Your experience

• University degree or college diploma in an appropriate discipline
• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in Oracle Financial
• Exposure to projects involving the implementation of business software packages or Oracle management solutions.
