LGS is seeking an Oracle Project Cloud Functional Analyst to join our Application Management Support (AMS) team, dedicated to stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Project Cloud applications. You will work with business stakeholders to resolve issues, refine configurations, and support end users across project-related functions.

• 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Project Cloud (Oracle Fusion).
• Strong understanding of project accounting, costing, billing and related processes.
• Experience in an AMS environment supporting Oracle Cloud applications.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple support tasks with independence and attention to detail.
• Your French and English bilingualism will allow you to collaborate with resources outside the province of Quebec.

• Support minor enhancements, new features, reports, and dashboards within the AMS scope.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycles, including testing, validation, and impact analysis.
• Assist in functional design discussions for integrations and validate related data flows.
• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation, including configurations, process flows, and SOPs.
• Provide training, user support, and guidance to ensure effective system use.
• Recommend continuous improvements and best practices to optimize business processes leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
