Job summary

Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) in Canada are seeking a role focused on Oracle Cloud PPM support within a hybrid work model. You will independently analyze and resolve complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document solutions to share best practices.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience, strong communication skills, and English proficiency to work with multinational teams.

What you'll do

Provide solutions to work-related problems. Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local ATC offices.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands‑on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi‑national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking multi‑national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

• Oracle certified
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing
