LGS, an IBM company, seeks a Functional Analyst to analyze, configure, test, and optimize Oracle Cloud Order Management & Billing in a complex business environment at our Montreal area offices. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to support Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management processes while ensuring alignment with operational and financial requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle experience across OM, Billing, and Revenue Management, plus strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Oracle Order Management & Billing.
• Strong experience with Billing and Revenue Management processes.
• Fluent in French; ability to communicate with stakeholders in French.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and SIT/UAT testing appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle configurations.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Order Management and Billing modules.
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and document results.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
