You will lead the technical delivery for multiple implementation projects, requiring strong client-facing skills and experience in technical architecture. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, deep knowledge of Oracle integration and data tools, and proven leadership in technical consulting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Technical Lead implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience leading two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle data loading tools (HDL, HSDL, FBDI) and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical lead and trusted advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Lead design workshops to define technical requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
