What you will do

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Finance Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP functional processes within Subscription Billing (SMC), OTC (Order To Cash), HRMS/HCM, and User access provisioning, along with a strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies.

How you will do it

Primary responsibility to support the Canada Security Oracle Fusion ERP system as a Team Lead.

Be part of the Global Oracle DevOps Fusion OTC-PTF Value Stream supporting other Oracle Fusion ERP systems within JCI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of post go-live operational support.

Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.

Manage the functional/technical team within the Value Stream.

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all development and support activities within this functional area stream.

Analyze Oracle Fusion enhancements, change requests, and support activities pipeline.

Plan work and prioritize backlogs within the Value Stream, reviewing with BPO/GPOs, Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects.

Coordinate with other Value Stream leads for integration issues and overall delivery.

Schedule, review, and approve production deployments working with global deployment/release leaders.

Optimize and manage backlog of enhancements and support tickets, driving continuous improvements and automation.

Follow incident management processes to address critical issues promptly.

Share KPIs and Value Stream level reporting with global and regional DevOps leaders.

What you will need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.

15+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs.

Proven track record in Financial modules like AP, AR, GL, and Subscription Management within Oracle Fusion ERP.

Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small and large initiatives.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.

Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business audiences.

Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influence, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.

Mandatory Canada Government Security Clearance for Reliability/Secret (level II).

Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
