Role Overview:
As an HCM Extracts developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring HCM/ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, participate actively in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
• Develop and provide technical support for Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, extensions, and reports.
• This role is based in our Local ATCs (Montreal/Toronto) and requires on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM and OIC in an Integration role.
• Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English proficiency is required for communication with multi-national teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management.
• An Oracle Cloud certification.
• Hands-on development experience in PL/SQL or Core Java.
• Proficiency in HTML/Web-based development.
• Experience with Python.
