Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll expert to help clients transform payroll processes using Oracle solutions across Canada. This role blends advisory insights with hands-on delivery and analytics to drive successful payroll implementations.

You will lead small project teams, conduct design workshops, and test configurations while staying current with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules and industry trends. English communication with stakeholders nationwide is essential.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience in a functional advisory/consulting role
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• You have an Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules
• You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
• You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
