Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM professional to provide functional and technical support for HCM Comp and Benefits, including deployments and testing, across Canada. You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design solutions for transformational Oracle Cloud payroll projects.

You will leverage strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support end users, deliver documentation, and coordinate with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years real-time hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits.
• Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or college program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position with stakeholders across Canada.
• Due to high interaction volume with English-speaking stakeholders, reorganizing activities is not possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.

The Work Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
