The Work:

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a software detective, providing dynamic support to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
2. Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Require advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and recommended proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.
3. Possess hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits, including integrations, HR and Payroll touchpoints, third-party interfaces, configurations of life events, benefit rates, plans, and knowledge of fast formulas and reports.
4. Experience with annual Open Enrollment processes and production support is advantageous.
5. This role involves working two days per week at the local office and travel as required.

Here’s what you need:

• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree or related college program completion.
• Proficiency in English, as the role involves interaction with multi-national teams where English is the common language.

Bonus points if you have:

• An Oracle Cloud certification.
• Core Java experience.
