Location: Montreal

The Work:

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a software detective, providing dynamic support to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
2. Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, make decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits is required; familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud is recommended.
3. Have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits, including integrations with HR and Payroll, third-party vendor interfaces, configurations of life events, benefit rates, and plans, as well as knowledge of fast formulas and benefits reports.
4. Experience with annual Open Enrollment processes and production support is advantageous.
5. This role requires working two days per week at the local office and travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
• Bachelor’s degree or related college program completion
• Proficiency in English, as the role involves working with multi-national teams where English is the common language.
