The Position

The Optician/Ophthalmic Dispenser plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by supporting frame gallery sales, dispensing eyewear, and guiding patients through frame and lens selections. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, bring strong sales instincts, and confidently engage patients in a consultative, style-forward environment.

Licensing is not required; however, licensed Optician/Ophthalmic Dispensers are welcome and supported, including coverage of licensing costs where applicable.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• This is a full-time, in-clinic role with a rotating schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays. Shifts are staggered to support clinic operations and patient needs, with a balanced and predictable schedule communicated in advance.
