Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In Lab: fit glasses, place prescriptions in lenses, maintain lab tools and safety.
