Luxottica is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical protocols and deliver exceptional patient care at the point of service. You will partner with the Store Manager and field leadership to create a safe, motivating environment and ensure accurate diagnoses and patient-friendly recommendations.

You will coach Associate Doctors on protocols, manage audits, and help develop staff to meet sales, service, and quality targets while maintaining compliant, high standards of eyecare.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care and lead execution of NECE to deliver exceptional service.
• Coach associate doctors on clinical protocols and audit charts as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales and patient care targets.
• Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling to support business needs.
