LensCrafters in Pickering, ON is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to supervise optical and lab operations, delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success. The role requires strong leadership, optical knowledge, and robust retail experience.

The ideal candidate holds an Opticianry license, ABO certification is a plus, and has hands-on experience with edging/mounting. This full-time position offers growth and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license is required.
• Strong optical & retail experience is needed.
• Knowledge of optical theory & merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Provide lens knowledge, perform adjustments/measurements, and dispense eyewear.
• Coordinate lab processes and ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards.
