FYidoctors - Etobicoke - East Mall clinic is seeking an Optical Associate for a full-time role, typically 30-40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. You will greet patients, guide eyewear choices, interpret prescriptions, take measurements, and support fittings and billing in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Eye-wear knowledge or interest in optical products preferred.
• Comfort with computers and technology in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Educate clients on eyewear choices based on lifestyle.
• Explain advances in corrective eyewear and help select frames.
• Interpret optometrist prescriptions and assist with fittings.
• Take frame and facial measurements and perform adjustments.
• Place contact lens orders and assist with fittings.
• Handle in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Assist with billing, scheduling, and payments.
