Job summary

Discovery Kidd is seeking an Operations Technologist to support mine operations. You will report to a Mine Operations Superintendent and help manage key projects, cost reporting and component planning within the operation.

The role requires tech-savvy capabilities, field experience in mine operations, and the ability to coordinate contractors while promoting health, safety, and environmental standards. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Canada’s mining sector.

Qualifications

• Mine Engineering Technician or Technologist Diploma.
• 2 years Mine Operations Experience.
• Strong computer and technology skillset, coding considered an asset
• Experience with managing projects and contractor management.

• Accurate cost reporting for mine operations projects.

The Position:

Reporting to a Mine Operations Superintendent, the Operations Technologist will be required to complete tasks to ensure the efficient management of key projects within the mine operations department.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive total compensation package including:
