OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM (OST) MEMBER

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space
• Assist clients with their luggage and belongings
• Aircraft grooming
• Stocking aircraft
• Washing and detailing guest vehicles
• Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal
• Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures
• As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Legally able to live and work in Canada
• A valid class 5 drivers license (non GDL) is required, and reliable transportation to and from our corporate offices
• A clean driver's abstract
• Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass
• Previous aviation experience considered an asset
• High School Diploma or GED
• Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required
