Qualifications

• Legally able to live and work in Canada.
• Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driver's abstract.
• Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass.
• Previous aviation experience considered an asset.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of hangar and office spaces.
• Assist clients with luggage.
• Perform aircraft grooming and stocking.
• Handle outdoor grounds maintenance.
• Washing and detailing guest vehicles.
• Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal.
• Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
• As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space
• Assist clients with their luggage and belongings
• Aircraft grooming
• Stocking aircraft
• Washing and detailing guest vehicles
• Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal
• Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures
• As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
