Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring two shared mailboxes for asset updates, handling asset refresh inquiries, and working with Absolute.
2. Managing operational requests and workflows through ServiceNow.
3. Coordinating inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and warehouse activities.
4. Coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications using Microsoft Outlook.
5. Supporting the warehouse team with documentation, shipment tracking, and reporting.
6. Collaborating with internal stakeholders for efficient warehouse operations.
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancements.
8. Assisting with inventory tracking and documentation related to shipments.

The ideal candidate should also have:

1. Strong understanding of hardware assets in ServiceNow, including interpreting asset history and updating the hardware asset table.
2. Experience in ServiceNow working directly with assets.
3. Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
4. Familiarity with Power BI is a bonus.
5. Proven experience in operational support roles.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
8. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
10. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software.
