You Will…
Establish and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of IT products.
Proactively generate and follow up on all leads and quotations as well as schedule meetings for senior management.
Determine customer requirements regarding their products and solutions.
Sell directly if necessary regarding the qualification.
Proactively manage the existing customer database to find and develop sales opportunities. Call past customers and cold call new prospects.
Ensure that any customer/focus account issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Proactively communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with key account stakeholders.
Provide customer support as required.
Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer information and transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly targets.
You Have…
Post secondary education or equivalent experience. IT related education is preferred.
2-3 years experience in a similar role in an IT capacity. Remote management, asset or digital signage market experience/knowledge is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office.
Energetic individual with exceptional verbal, written & interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
Able to maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Efficient, organized individual.
Highly motivated and committed with a desire to be successful.
