Job summary

Brobston Group in Calgary seeks an Operations Specialist to support store operations, customer service, and POS services, ensuring accurate processes and a positive client experience.

You will handle transactions, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, and merchandising while assisting with training, audits, and daily projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing service desk role.
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in technology and its use in retail customer service.
• Retail experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, or inventory management is preferred.
