Job summary

Fraserway RV in Delta, BC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Vehicle Inspection & Preparation (Rentals). You will lead the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and vehicle prep teams to ensure rental units meet safety and quality standards before release.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school (high school diploma or equivalent).

Job Description

The Operations Supervisor – Vehicle Inspection & Preparation (Rentals) is responsible for supervising and coordinating standardized pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and vehicle preparation activities to ensure rental RV units meet established quality, safety, and inspection standards prior to release.

This role oversees inspection and preparation teams in a production-style environment, manages inspection-line sequencing, staging, and workflow, verifies inspection results, and authorizes unit release. The supervisor ensures consistent quality outcomes, efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices while supporting team performance and operational targets.

Washing and detailing functions are supervised solely to support inspection workflow efficiency and vehicle readiness and are not the primary focus of this position.
