DHL Express in Hamilton (Canada) is seeking an Operations Supervisor (PUD Sort) to lead the sortation team and ensure on-time distribution. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, implement productivity and quality measures, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
The role requires 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, knowledge of Dangerous Goods/WHMIS, and strong decision-making and communication skills.

We are looking for a high‑potential leader who is ready to invest in building a team of motivated people. As the Operations Supervisor must be able to provide “hands‑on” proactive management of the employees engaged in sortation of packages to the assigned routes, within prescribed standards of cost, efficiency, accuracy and on‑time distribution. The supervisor implements new procedures to improve operational effectiveness and provides performance reports for management as required.
