The frontline supervisor is responsible for promoting FedEx Express (FXE) safety culture and managing daily sorting operations and freight handling team within a branch. The supervisor leads and guides employees in proper package handling, routing, and resolving service failures related to sorting. They oversee all activities of handlers, including directing their work, mentoring, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations in administrative processes.

The employee may be required to perform other tasks, meet minimum testing and training requirements, work in Windows environment, and adapt to various shifts as needed. Bilingual (French and English) candidates are required in Quebec. Valid driver’s license with a clean record is mandatory for driving-related roles. Candidates will be evaluated based on driving record, interview performance, and driving assessments.
