General Description

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within our Collections business unit, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of drivers. Your responsibilities include conducting driver observations, leading safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000/year + Bonus.

You will be responsible for safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets. Strong leadership, ethical decision-making, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of multiple collection routes.
• Review route sheets to assess performance.
• Conduct operational audits and driver observations.
• Ensure drivers complete safety and maintenance inspections.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for timely deliveries and repairs.
• Manage employee schedules and route assignments.
• Implement performance management and discipline processes.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license (or higher) and DOT compliance.
• Union experience is an asset.
• Safety-first mindset and proactive safety approach.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
