Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and processing support for complex, exception-based processes in Wealth Management.
• Review, verify, and record data in technology systems; support department procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve information requests.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new systems and process improvements.
• Train and mentor other Operations team members; handle escalated inquiries independently.
