Job summary

Harry Rosen is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Store team in Vancouver. You will support Sales and Customer Service, act as a liaison for customer issues, and help manage POS, cash handling, and orders.

The role emphasizes high service standards, loss prevention, and seamless collaboration with logistics and inventory teams. The position requires at least 2 years in a client-facing role, strong communication, and comfort with retail technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support and customer service while upholding service standards.
  • Serve as point of contact for customer issues and resolutions, escalating when needed.
  • Process employee purchases and oversee staff reimbursements and package submissions.
  • Oversee POS and LP policies, audit transaction results, identify training needs.
  • Assist with training of operations and logistics associates.
  • Manage client information gathering metrics and oversee service desk stewardship.
  • Support logistics and order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and packaging standards.
  • Assist with preparations for seasonal inventory counts and related tasks.
