Downstream Operations is seeking an Operations Senior Shift Supervisor for the Lloydminster Upgrader. This role is responsible for coordinating all shift activities, providing mentorship, and supervising daily operations to ensure alignment with the facility’s strategy. The position ensures operations comply with the plant operating license, technical specifications, procedures, and company requirements, with a focus on safety protocols within the Upgrader.

This is a full-time position with a shift rotation of 12-hour shifts, including days/nights and weekends/stat holidays (e.g., 2 days / 2 nights on, 5 days off; 2 days / 3 nights on, 4 off; 3 days / 2 nights on, 5 off).

This position is safety-sensitive; employment is contingent upon successful pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessments.
You must maintain a Class 5 driver’s license, a good driving record, and adhere to company policies. A driver’s abstract will be part of the background check.
