Job summary

UFA is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate operational readiness across field locations and corporate support teams. You will lead cross-functional projects, maintain CRM/ERP data, and drive change management to ensure safe, efficient execution of initiatives.

The role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder communication, and experience with CRM and Power BI within a Canadian agricultural co-operative context. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Alberta operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce with related discipline or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in project management, coordination, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for new programs, products, and systems.
• Develop readiness checklists, implementation plans, and communications.
• Ensure field locations have resources, training, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, resolve readiness issues, and track milestones.
• Maintain CRM/ERP documentation and support user access and issues.
