Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Manager of Operations Process Engineering to lead transformation programs across Cash Services, Payments & Trade, and Finance Shared Services Operations. You will conduct current-state analyses, identify re-engineering and automation opportunities, and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, digitization and risk reduction.

Collaborate with SMEs, IT, Data and Risk; develop business cases and ROI analyses; and communicate findings to governance bodies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Innovation, Technology Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of process improvement and IT transformation experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Interest in Generative AI, GenAI, ML, and RPA.
• Proficient data analysis to support business cases.
• PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Structured problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state diagnostics and identify re-engineering opportunities.
• Document future-state designs and business requirements.
• Collaborate in cross-functional redesign sessions with IT, Data, and Risk.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for automation initiatives.
