Qualifications

• University degree in business or information management plus several years of related management experience.
• Experience and/or education in Information Technology would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Provide program and system management support for case management software and transactional services programs.
• Lead a team of professionals and ensure priorities and objectives are met.
• Be forward thinking and aware of trends/technologies to enhance operations.
• Develop and monitor service standards and evaluation mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Provide policy interpretation to stakeholders and direction to Ministerial requests.
