Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in information technology or related field.
• Several years of progressively responsible leadership in technology operations.
• Experience in government, health care, education or public sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise multidisciplinary teams responsible for networks and enterprise tech services.
• Plan and oversee secure, reliable delivery of technology services 24/7.
• Set priorities, allocate resources and manage budgets and contracts.
• Lead incident response and coordinate cross-team resolution activities.
• Engage with clients and partners to translate needs into service plans.
• Drive cross-functional projects and process improvements.
