Operations Manager (Flooring, Construction)

QuestMark is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the timely installation and completion of flooring projects. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, safety, job supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Large base salary + annual bonus + signing bonus. The total annual compensation ranges from $100k to $200k.

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and profitability
• Ensure thorough inspections of job sites before and after projects
• Forecast financial outlook weekly, monthly, and yearly
• Address issues during installation promptly
• Communicate effectively with management and staff
• Recruit and retain qualified employees
• Set goals and conduct performance reviews
• Implement company policies and safety procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of flooring/construction operations management experience
• Good knowledge of flooring procedures and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid state driver’s license
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug test required
