Overview
At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

The Digital Workplace team is looking for a Manager to oversee operations for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm’s needs by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge resources, creating value for both the firm and its clients.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the operational aspects of the firm’s digital workplace solutions and oversee a team responsible for optimizing operational, governance, and support activities, ensuring smooth functioning and high service quality.
  • Strengthen and maintain governance processes to support business solutions delivery, ensuring high quality, repeatability, product ownership, and support.
  • Collaborate with Digital Workplace leaders, ITS, and ITS Global to influence tool evolution and resolve complex technical and process issues.
  • Lead technology enablement initiatives and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Provide insights and influence transformation based on user experience observations.
  • Manage the intranet platform’s operations, working with leaders to align it with the firm’s global and internal communication strategies, content governance, and support communications solutions related to functions and corporate communications.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 5+ years’ experience in solution delivery or operational management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology management or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience leading a team or workstream and managing multiple demands.
  • Demonstrated service excellence, urgency, and curiosity.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
  • Comfort with technology and strong knowledge of Microsoft tools.
  • Understanding of operational processes and governance best practices.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a high-performing hybrid team.

This position requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the country.
