ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Windsor, Ontario manufacturing facility. This role oversees safety, operational performance, workforce development, continuous improvement, and long-term business success.

Based in Windsor, the position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while aligning with ANDRITZ’s global standards in feed and biofuel solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, or general management.
• Feed & Biofuel industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including: Profit & Loss management, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet and cash flow management.
• Proven success driving operational improvements and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
