Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Etobicoke, Ontario, is hiring an entry-level Operations Manager on a temporary contract. You will train and rotate through Production, Customer Service and Counter Sales to learn our business, then supervise daily operations to maximize fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide new employees, assess performance, and ensure adherence to procedures and policies while working outdoors as needed. Fortune 500 company with great perks.

• Recent graduate with Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma/GED plus at least 4 years supervisory experience
• OR Associate's Degree plus at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and make independent decisions

Responsibilities

Salary - $50,000 yearly

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate with Bachelor's Degree OR High School diploma/GED plus at least 4 years supervisory experience

• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and make independent decisions
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work outdoor in weather conditions with moderate noise level
