A leading organization is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities at the Lodge. This role includes program development, staffing, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a supportive environment. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) along with relevant experience, particularly in Indigenous community contexts. Position Description :
Under the direction of the Executive Director and in line with the Indigenous Women’s Healing Centre’s mission and vision, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lodge. This includes policy and program development, staffing, facility management, resident intake and discharge procedures, compliance with Section 81 terms and objectives, and adherence to all Correction Services Canada standards and regulations. The operations manager must also ensure that all statistical data and reports are prepared and available as required.
