As a Regional Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our regional locations. Your responsibilities include managing service departments, leading a team of dedicated employees to deliver top-notch service, and building relationships while traveling to various locations.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for profit management by examining department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching, and talent management.
  • Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures to improve customer experience and rapport building.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Understand and maintain warranty platforms.
  • Order parts following company and OEM guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of parts pricing procedures.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Resolve customer and employee complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and workplace policies.
  • Oversee multiple Service and Parts departments, ensuring proper staffing and coverage.
  • Maintain an active parts and accessories inventory, minimizing obsolescence and improving turnover.
  • Develop and grow external parts and accessories sales, including wholesale accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM policies, maintain accurate warranty bins, and keep parts storage clean and presentable.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Report non-compliant issues immediately to management.
  • Manage cash and credit/debit receipts per company policy.
  • Manage the PBS system for parts orders, tracking, storage, and invoicing.
  • Perform physical inventory counts as required, possibly during off-hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Grade Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum years of Service Manager experience in the automotive industry.
  • G Driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Experience with PBS software is an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to be flexible with work schedule and travel regularly.
