The role of the Operations Manager will be:

1. Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of major renewable energy and telecoms projects
2. Managing subcontractors, clients and suppliers
3. Upholding the highest standards of quality and safety
4. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget

The successful Operations Manager will need:

1. Proven background in Renewable energy projects, Solar farm projects and/or fibre or telecoms
2. Highly organised, strategic thinking and business-focused attitude
3. Commutable to the office 5 days a week and able to travel when needed
4. Seeking a clear route to progressing in a director role
