Lead Talent Acquisition and People Ops at a High-Performance Company

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to take full ownership of our recruiting, hiring, and HR systems. This is a critical role. World-class outcomes come from world-class hires. That starts with you.
You'll run full-cycle talent acquisition company-wide, own and manage all HR administration, and provide internal systems support to keep our people, tools, and workflows aligned and operating at the highest level.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Run full-cycle talent acquisition across all departments: craft job descriptions, choose job boards, manage ads and budgets, and launch postings
- Manage our ATS (Workable): move candidates through stages, schedule interviews, and maintain up-to-date hiring pipelines
- Review all one-way video interviews for every open role and determine who moves forward
- Conduct all first-round interviews across the company
- Forward qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring manager for final interviews
- Manage all post-hire onboarding, including access, documentation, equipment, and welcome experience
People Operations (HR Administration)
- Own and manage all employee life cycle documentation: offers, agreements, compensation changes, promotions, and terminations
- Administer payroll changes and time-off tracking through our HRIS platform
- Manage benefits administration, including health plans, 401(k), and other employee programs
- Ensure HRIS records are accurate and compliant
- Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans
- Maintain clear, up-to-date SOPs and documentation across people operations
Internal Systems & Support
- Manage access and team-wide tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, internal coordination, and special projects as needed
Requirements
You Must Meet All of the Following Requirements to Be Considered:
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding—preferably in a fast-paced, remote, or startup environment
- You have 2+ years of HR administration experience, with direct responsibility for managing employee life cycle documentation (offers, agreements, onboarding and offboarding), administering benefits and payroll changes, maintaining accurate HRIS records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting performance management processes such as reviews and PIPs
- You have excellent organizational and administrative skills, with flawless written and verbal communication
- You live and work in the United States and do not require visa sponsorship
